If a product is defective or delivered incorrectly, customers may request to return jewelry items within 30 days from the date of receipt. Returned items must be unused, in new condition, free of scratches, and include all original packaging and tags. A receipt or proof of purchase may be required during the return process. The company will either refund the customer or replace the product at no additional cost. However, items that have been used or activated cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or a shipping error.
